Starting at 11:17 AM ET (15:17 UTC) on 2026-09-10, one of our email sender services experienced an issue that prevented outbound emails from being sent. Authentication emails are sent through a separate service and were delivered normally throughout. The incident was resolved at 4:16 PM ET (20:16 UTC) on 2026-09-10.
